Skype Contested by Google and Facebook

NEW YORK, Skype, which delay the sale of its shares are now reportedly became seizure two Internet giants, Facebook and Google. A source revealed, chief executive of Facebook Mark Zuckerberg is discussing the purchase of Skype by internal circles. However, other sources whisper, Facebook will bring Skype to joint venture. Other sources have said, Google has also been talking with Skype. Largest search site is intended to make working with Skype.

If agreement is reached, the transaction value can be 3 billion dollars to 4 billion U.S. dollars. This value is higher than the initial stock sales targets Skype estimated at 1 billion U.S. dollars. Two other sources said the talks purchase of Skype is still in its early stages. Facebook and Google itself has declined to comment.

In August, Skype has asked permission to go public. Luxembourg-based company has appointed former Cisco Systems vice president Tony Bate as a major director to conduct the initial public offering. The plan, the initial public offering (IPO), Skype will be done in the second half of this year.
